Chicago Medical School boasts an impressive collection of outstanding student leaders, led by the Class Council of each graduating class as well as the Student Dean of Chicago Medical School. 

Each Class Council serves as a direct connection between the CMS faculty and their graduating class, advocating on behalf of their peers to optimize the student experience throughout their medical education. The Student Dean represents the entire CMS student body to the university at large, sitting on the CMS Faculty Executive Council and university-wide Student Dean Cabinet.

Elections for all student leadership positions are held on an annual basis. 

Additional university-wide student leadership positions include the , CMS House Council Executive Committee, Student Trustee, and Interprofessional Clinic Initiative Executive Officer Board.
