- If you are a graduate of a degree or certificate program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, please complete the Alumni Application.
- If you are a current student of Rosalind Franklin University scheduled to earn a degree or certificate prior to enrolling in the DNP: PMHNP program, please complete the Alumni Application.

- Submit up to three references (one minimum) from individuals are able to attest to the candidate’s academic or clinical performance. References must include a professor or faculty member from your nursing education program, nursing work supervisor (i.e. the person responsible for your annual nursing employment performance review), and/or a healthcare professional who you engaged with as part of a patient-centered interprofessional team.
